The scenic Palms to Pines Highway will guide you through the Sierra Madre Mountains, passing local villages to lead you to the Vallarta Botanical Garden. The award winning Botanical Garden collection showcases plants of the Tropical Dry Forest, native to the region around Puerto Vallarta and in which the Gardens are located, as well as exotics from around the world. A docent lead tour will guide you through four differentconservatories showcasing the Gardens’ collections. Explore the vanilla, chocolate and coffee plantations, tour the Natural History Museum and extensive rock collection. Enjoy the hummingbirds and other wild birds from the comfort of our observation deck located in the Visitors Center.
